We are actively hiring a Software Architect to build core infrastructure for a platform driven by GenAI and high-level Azure architecture.

About the project:
The main product is a conversation intelligence SaaS - they're processing conversational data with AI-powered insights. The stack is heavily Azure-based (App Service, Cosmos DB, Event Hubs, the usual suspects), they're deep into IETF vCon standards, and compliance is core to what they do - they will maintain SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA frameworks since conversational intelligence naturally touches sensitive data. They integrate with telephony platforms like SignalWire and NetSapiens, plus various speech-to-text providers (AssemblyAI, Deepgram, Speechmatics, ElevenLabs).

1x Senior/Architect-Level Developer (Technical Lead) 

• Azure infrastructure expertise (IaC with Pulumi/TypeScript preferred)
• Strong backend development (Node.js/TypeScript/Go)
• API integrations and real-time communication systems
• Security and compliance mindset (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA experience is gold)
• Can help drive architecture decisions and think about scalability
• Needs to be able to build with minimal direction

Key Requirements Across the Board

• Experience and desire to use GenAI coding tools (specifically Spec Driven Development)
• Security-first mindset - compliance is core to conversational intelligence
• Azure cloud experience (this is non-negotiable)
• TypeScript/Node.js/Go strongly preferred
• Experience with telephony/communications systems is a huge plus
• API-first development mindset
• Compatible time zones for US collaboration
