As a Digital Producer you will work with cross functional teams from scoping through to delivery, implementing data and content implementation through the communication channels to our users. Manage the project workflow from design to development of a variety of digital deliverables: Help articles, email, target messaging (in-app, push notifications). Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program
In this role you will:
Work with cross-functional teams in the project management from scope to delivery and reporting for optimal customer communications
Manage communications between CxE team and stakeholders for project delivery by timelines
Scrum master / problem-solver, proactive to ensure smooth delivery and efficiencies for the CxE deliverables
Run key meetings with stakeholders and CxE internal team
Track and document project workflow to ensure project workflow and keep groups informed of real-time status
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working directly with digital properties
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Digital program/project management experience
Hands-on experience with managing digital content: emails, web/mobile platforms, target messaging (in-app, push notifications, SMS)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Project management or Scrum certification
8+ years of project management experience and experience working with digital content
Experience managing programs/projects of medium to large scale
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure.
Strong written and communication skills
Experience leveraging Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for effective collaboration and project or program management
Familiarity in CRM, subscriptions management and email or target marketing tools
Familiarity with content strategy and project management methodology
Proficient oral and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communications to various levels of management, including precise and effective customer communications.
Proven ability to succeed in cross-functional teams; excellent interpersonal skills
