Sales Operation Specialist Latin America (BD)

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist for Latin America, who works closely with sales, business operations, subject matter experts and other internal departments across the organization to help execute the annual and long-term sales operations plans for customer segments, provides consistent support for the successful completion of segment sales goals and helps ensure alignment between the segment and the business operations teams. Responsibilities:         
  • Liaises between Sales, Finance, Shipping, Warehouse, and Supply Chain to ensure orders are shipped complete and on time.
  • Uses authority to resolve issues including but not limited to delivery date delay, return authorizations, shipping discrepancies, credits and claims within the policy.
  • Assists in the strategy, content development and administration of the sales reference materials.
  • Optimizes processes based on best practices supporting the sales segments, external stakeholders, including territory management.
  • Document new processes and product releases for sales team consumption
  • Prepare regular reporting and analysis to support forecasting, customer PO generation, and allocations.
  • Makes recommendations to improve processes to increase the effectiveness of the Sales Operations team.
  • Take regular pulse of all external and internal customers, sales organization, and operations teams, to understand ongoing needs and develop plans to react and support.
  • Acts as owner and liaison between internal departments and external service providers
  • Monitor the accuracy and efficiency of the sales process, working closely with our distributors and customers across Latin America.
  • Work with GTM and Product teams to ensure information related to customer(s) is accurate for ordering, internal reporting purposes, and customer communication.
  • Other duties may be assigned as business needs arise.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in tech, CE, and/or retail focused marketing and/or e-commerce
  • solid experience on consumer goods, sales ops, inventory, forecasting, supply chain and sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • English and Spanish (Native)
