SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our Ring Go-To-Market (GTM) team as a Program Manager. The GTM team is responsible for developing a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes a go-to-market plan, positioning, promotions, and/or additional launch strategies for devices and accessories. In this role, the Program Manager takes the strategic plan set by the GTM Product Marketing Manager and coordinates with cross functional teams to ensure we hit critical milestones to execute a smooth delivery of our Ring products. Also, the Program Manager will lead and drive the building and maintenance of documents to keep all teams aligned on the latest POR. Additionally, s/he wears many hats to get things done, which includes building product detail pages for our upcoming launches by using our tools and doing a QA on those pages before we release them to public. Responsibilities include:
Work closely with all stakeholder teams to kick off and track the product launch workstreams and keep them stay on track for the target launch dates
Understand full scope of program needs, risks or issues, and communicate and discuss downstream impact when POR changes happen in a large meeting setting
Lead Amazon.com accessory product page build, conduct bug bashes, and maintain post-launch copy or creative asset updates

Familiar with program management systems such as Confluence / Jira / Amazon systems
Flexible and able to work effectively at different time zones
You must have a good understanding of English (spoken and written).
You must be based in LATAM.
