Job Description:
We are seeking a junior to mid-level data engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, adaptable, and excited about working with a fast-paced, innovative company. While proficiency in specific skills is valuable, we prioritize intelligence and the ability to learn and grow within the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data ingestion pipelines from various sources, including CSV, Storj/S3, and FTP
- Develop and maintain data export processes to SQL databases
- Collaborate with the team to optimize data workflows and improve data quality
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of its strengths and weaknesses
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment
Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with Airflow and its deployment
- Knowledge of continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) practices
- Experience with Go programming language
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform
- Familiarity with real estate or web3 domains
